We are looking for a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (20%-50%)

Your area of responsibility

As a nursing specialist in the home environment, your main tasks include the care and support of clients, including basic nursing and treatment measures. You organise the daily routine, individually design the care process as the primary nurse, and collaborate with family members and professionals. You use interRAI HC to assess care needs and document services provided. You take on daily responsibility if suitable.

Your profile

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of interRAI CMH and Perigon tools is an advantage
• Empathy, flexibility, resilience and a high sense of responsibility
• Self-responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Category B driving licence and own car are required
• Good written and spoken German skills
