- You are the central support for the CIO and actively shape their daily work: You proactively manage the calendar, coordinate documents for ExCo signatures, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the background
- You plan and organise International Markets meetings from A to Z: from the invitation through the agenda to the minutes – you have the overview and drive to make meetings truly impactful
- You organise business trips for the CIO and the team as well as HQ visits from partners and Managing Directors – tailored, well thought out and planned down to the last detail, including programme, locations and coordination with the markets
- You take over the expense management for the CIO and their direct reports, check expense reports for compliance and ensure a clean SAP procurement process
- You are responsible for office management: from office supplies and meeting materials to correspondence and handling marketing materials and giveaways for customers and markets
- You plan and accompany onboarding and offboarding processes for employees – from IT setup to structured introduction to the organisation – ensuring a professional first and last impression
- You maintain and develop the intranet and SharePoint area of the International Markets and act as an IT power user: You support the CIO and the international team with procurement and are the first point of contact for technical questions and problems

You bring the following to the role
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent basic education – for example, also in the hospitality sector (e.g. hotel management school). A further qualification as an Executive Assistant or management assistant is a plus but not mandatory
- You are proficient in the entire Microsoft ecosystem: SharePoint, Copilot, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – you use these tools skilfully and efficiently – you know how to really use these tools, not just operate them

- You are service-oriented through and through: You find pragmatic solutions, remain calm even in turbulent situations and present yourself professionally both internally and externally – as the business card of the CIO and the International Markets
- You think and plan ahead, act on your own initiative and are willing to independently acquire technical and professional know-how – stagnation is not your thing
- You are structured, systematic and reliable – people know that tasks you take on are completed. And with the necessary care
- You enjoy working with people, are easy-going in your dealings and can represent the company professionally to external guests, partners and markets – with the right mix of reliability and warmth
