We are looking for a committed individual as a Debt Collection Specialist / Alimony Assistance (70 - 100 percent) starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The Regional Alimony Office of the City of Sursee supports 17 municipalities in the area of alimony assistance and is also responsible for international alimony collection for the entire canton of Lucerne. These tasks await you
- Independent handling of advance payment and debt collection cases
- Verification of entitlement to alimony advance payments, indexation calculations, etc.
- Consultation on various questions in alimony assistance
- Enforcement of debt collection measures
- Contact and correspondence with entitled and obligated persons, municipalities, courts, authorities, employers, etc.
What you ideally bring with you
- Certificate as an alimony specialist or several years of experience in the debt collection field
- Good knowledge of relevant legal areas (debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, debt collection, international debt collection, family law)
- Knowledge of the case management system Klib
- Quick comprehension and ability to think in a networked way
- Independent and resilient personality
