Court Management
The District Court Bülach is responsible for criminal and civil proceedings from the entire district area. As the second largest court of first instance in the canton, it employs around 100 staff and offers a central and modern workplace in close proximity to the train station in Bülach.
For our administrative office, we are looking for an
Administrative Secretary (60-80%)
starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, with working days on Thursday and Friday (otherwise by arrangement).
Your area of responsibility
Your duties include managing the telephone switchboard (receiving, processing and forwarding all incoming calls) primarily together with four other people, managing electronic legal correspondence, handling archive requests, as well as preparing and sending decisions, monitoring deadlines and managing file traffic. In addition to general secretarial tasks, you will share postal duties with other office staff and assist in other administrative areas as needed.
Your profile
These varied and challenging tasks require a reliable and service-oriented personality with a quick grasp and a flair for telephone work. You excel at managing your diverse daily tasks independently and in a structured manner. Good manners and discretion are a matter of course for you. You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience (preferably in the public administration). Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills are required. If you also work efficiently and communicate flawlessly in the local dialect, we look forward to meeting you.
