Your Field of Activity
- You actively contribute your solid nursing expertise to everyday clinical work. Regular office days give you time to advance exciting projects and further develop standards
- Along the entire treatment pathway, you accompany patients pre- and postoperatively, with a special focus on people with visual impairments
- In daily work, you advise, accompany, and strengthen the nursing team, promote clinical judgment as well as interdisciplinary collaboration. In doing so, you represent the nursing expertise of the Eye Clinic throughout LUKS
- Together with the management team, you implement strategic priorities and sustainably support change and quality processes
Your Experience
- You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH and preferably have experience in an acute hospital
- You greatly enjoy developing nursing processes and recognizing patient needs
- With your empathetic and integrative personality, you accompany and support patients, their relatives, and your colleagues – always with a high level of service and customer orientation
- You communicate clearly and with commitment, practice your profession with great passion, and succeed in building trust and working effectively both within the team and interprofessionally
