• you take responsibility for the professional and individual care of patients according to the institution's guidelines
• you work within the key worker model and are responsible for assessing care needs, managing care processes, and preparing care documentation
• your daily tasks include basic and treatment care and supporting care assistants
• the workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a health specialist (recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required for foreign diplomas)
• you have already gained professional experience in long-term or acute care
