Your passion is IT 1st and 2nd level support? Then become part of our "HSE/IT" team. Under the leadership of our Head of IT, Processes and Occupational Safety, you ensure from our headquarters in Glattpark/Zurich that our employees have the necessary IT infrastructure to realize modern construction projects for our customers throughout Switzerland. In this task, you cooperate closely with our colleague in Poland and regularly exchange information with the specialist department in France.
YOUR TASKS
- Your responsibility is to ensure 1st and 2nd level IT support using our ticket system within our company.
- You accompany and support our employees regarding hardware and software from onboarding, in their daily work, to offboarding.
- For our construction sites and offices outside Zurich, you set up the IT infrastructure and dismantle it again when the construction sites are completed.
- You maintain and service our hardware inventory and software licenses and support needs analysis and procurement.
- Your participation is required in topics of cybersecurity, risk management, and emergency planning.
- In projects, e.g., the introduction of new business applications, you contribute your expertise specifically.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualification: You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable function are required.
- Application knowledge: We expect solid knowledge of the ITIL framework, Windows Server, MSSQL Server, Active Directory Domain Services, MS Central ID, MS Intune, the use and management of ticket systems, as well as MS SharePoint and MS Teams. Knowledge in IT security and LEAN/SCRUM methods is an advantage.
- Language skills: Native-level German skills and business fluent French skills are a prerequisite for employment. English skills are a plus.
- Software skills: MS Office 365, MS Visio, MS Project. Knowledge of ManageEngine, ServiceDeskPlus, and PowerBI is an advantage.
- Driver's license: Valid category B driver's license.
- Working style: You know how to prioritize your tasks excellently and work with quality and on time, even with spontaneous requests of high urgency. You easily manage to communicate appropriately in content and form with different target groups. You meet people with different cultural and national backgrounds with openness and remain calm even in the face of language barriers. You are characterized by precisely understanding tasks, questioning when necessary, and documenting results flawlessly.
