Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an industry expert for our location in Lugano to complement our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties with a small commercial share
• Professional leadership and support of your assistants
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing all rental activities
• Conducting handovers of apartments and ancillary objects as well as

Viewing appointments

• Competent handling of tenant concerns
• Checking of utility cost statements
• Monitoring the structural condition of the properties and organizing

Maintenance work

• Preparation of reports, control and condition reports for the ownership
• Responsibility for budget planning and compliance

• Completed basic training, ideally with a commercial qualification or

a comparable further education

• You have worked at least 3 years in property management, the professional certificate

in property management is an advantage

• Confident German in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and decisive, with an eye for the essentials
