About the job
At the Nokimuz Daycare , we create an environment where children from three months old can explore curiously and experience trusting relationships. Embedded in the daily structures of the Wald School, we are present at several locations and offer loving, inspiring, and reliable care for families.

Your profile - we are looking for
- Care specialist EFZ, specializing in children or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Completed or ongoing "Team Leadership" training (Level 1) or equivalent qualification
- Training "Managing an Institution" (Level 2) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Openness to jointly responsible educational support
- Experience as a vocational trainer
- Finesse for quality development and process optimization
- High reliability, sense of responsibility, and pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment of independent work and constructive, solution-oriented collaboration
