Legal Counsel

For our legal department, we are looking for a Legal Counsel at 100%. Your workplace will beOnex.

Responsibilities:

• Advice and support to operational divisions on all matters related to construction and real estate law.
• Comprehensive legal support for construction projects and real estate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (including real estate sales contracts, business and mandate contracts, project development contracts, lease contracts, etc.).
• Independent handling of legal files in construction and real estate law.
• Conducting contract negotiations independently.
• Representation of Implenia before courts and state authorities.
• Management of external lawyers.
• Advisory functions in compliance matters.

You bring:

• Completed university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur./Master of Law) with a Swiss bar exam.
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer or Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years in the field of real estate and construction law.
• Ability to assert oneself and negotiate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a constantly evolving environment, even under pressure, as well as to address complex issues with economic implications from a legal perspective.
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
