Your area of responsibility
- Undertake dynamic sales and marketing efforts to achieve our ambitious growth targets
- Manage and expand a profitable life and annuity reinsurance portfolio
- Actively manage relationships with clients, prospects and brokers
- Prepare marketing material, prepare and implement marketing plan
- Analyse offers and conduct contracts negotiations
- Manage internal approval processes including documentation
Your strengths
- University degree or advanced business degree
- A minimum of five years of experience in life reinsurance in a similar position, with portfolio responsibility
- Experience at least in either UK or North-American market is a must
- Team player, excellent communication skills, flair to conduct negotiations, willing to go the extra mile
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages (German etc.) an asset
