Your tasks
- Main focus on personnel controlling
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, and budget planning
- Provision of operational and strategic personnel key figures for reporting
- Coordination with departments regarding personnel requirements
- Conducting target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations including the development of recommendations for action
- Further development and optimization of internal reporting structures, key figures, and processes
- Support in preparing salary negotiations
- Internal cost allocation between the individual company divisions
- Assistance with external and statutory reporting obligations as well as internal implementation
- Close cooperation with the human resources department
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling, alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with experience in controlling or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in controlling and healthcare is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP user knowledge is an advantage
- Strong affinity for numbers, process understanding, and analytical thinking skills
- Independent, proactive working style characterized by reliability and flexibility
