About the job
You have recently completed your specialist training or are at the beginning of your specialist career and want to confidently enter outpatient gynaecology? In a appreciative team, you will receive structured support, benefit from regulated working hours, and develop professionally and personally in the long term.
This modern practice structure in the Greater Zurich area is part of an established outpatient network and combines a personal working environment with the advantages of a professional organisation. On site, a small, well-coordinated team from gynaecology and paediatrics work closely together – with short distances, mutual support, and uncomplicated professional exchange.
Due to a personnel change, there is currently an entry opportunity with a long-term perspective. The position is particularly exciting for young specialists who want to consciously make the step from hospital to practice medicine in a supportive environment.
The practice cares for a diverse patient structure and offers a varied daily routine between basic gynaecological care, pregnancy care, and long-term patient support. At the same time, there is the opportunity to gradually contribute and further develop your own interests and professional focus areas.
Your tasks:
- Independent conduct of the gynaecological consultation
- Care of pregnant patients within the framework of outpatient basic care
- Long-term support and counselling of patients in a personal setting
- Close collaboration within the small interdisciplinary team
- Opportunity to contribute your own professional interests and focus areas
Your competencies:
- Specialist title in Gynaecology & Obstetrics (CH or EU recognised)
- At least 3 years of professional experience at a training centre for gynaecology and obstetrics in Switzerland
- Enjoyment of personal and long-term patient care
- Interest in a modern practice activity with development opportunities
- Very good knowledge of German
Your advantages:
- Ideal for entry into outpatient gynaecology
- Workload of 40-60% with long-term expansion prospects
- Regulated working hours and a predictable practice routine
- Very appreciative team with close cooperation and strong cohesion
- Opportunity to gradually build your own focus areas
- Interdisciplinary exchange through direct collaboration with paediatrics
- Modern practice structure with professional organisation in the background
- 6 weeks’ holiday plus additional training days
- Attractive performance-based remuneration with long-term development prospects
- Central and easily accessible location with high quality of life
