CNC Polymechanic in 2-shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Precise machining of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centres with Heidenhain control (3-/4- and/or 5-axis)

• Setting up the CNC milling centre according to the TopSolid clamping plan

• Tool assembly based on the TopSolid tool list

• Operation of a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device

• Processing customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements

• Performing order-related ERP bookings in the system

• Manufacturing drawing parts that meet requirements

• Optimising and running in CAM-generated programmes

• Carrying out weekly machine maintenance according to operator instructions

• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specialising in CNC milling

• Solid knowledge in the CNC field and willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Exact and precise working method with a high quality awareness

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Strong independence as well as ability to work in a team

• Flexibility and loyalty in everyday work

• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
