Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen and Güttingen, we have 180 residential places available in various settings. Furthermore, we offer sheltered workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
The residential group HH1 currently offers space for 10 clients with cognitive impairments who require close support. For a 23-year-old client with both cognitive and psychological impairments, we are looking for two tertiary-trained professionals. The task includes individual day and leisure planning within the framework of special funding to stabilise and integrate the client into the residential group. Shifts take place from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00. Meals are included.
Due to the client’s medical condition, we wish for female professionals for this role.

What distinguishes you
- Completed training in social pedagogy or nursing at tertiary level (HF or FH)
- Experience in social therapeutic/psychiatric work
- Confident handling of challenging behavioural situations
- Ability to respond empathetically to individual needs and interest in building a reliable relationship
- Understanding of individual care approaches
