Your tasks are...

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for your e-commerce clients. In doing so, you provide strategic impulses in the development of long-term marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals. Clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial. Using data analysis tools and platforms, you track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and derive data-driven optimizations.

You...

• have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce
• are experienced in using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and Data Studio to analyze campaign performance
• have the ability to analyze large data sets, interpret KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, CTR, ROAS), and make data-driven decisions
• can communicate performance data and strategies clearly and understandably to stakeholders
• master German at C2 level and speak English fluently; ideally, you have completed a degree in marketing, communication, business, or a comparable field
