Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA, Specialization in Dementia - immediately or by arrangement

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized nursing institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

The Spitex Regional forms an important part of the nursing offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with people with dementia and several years of professional experience

• A pronounced social competence characterizes you, and you appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration

• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility distinguish you

• Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least level B1)

• Using modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC)

• You are an organizational talent
