Production Specialist Planning & Control 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as the central interface between planning, production and materials management. You control and monitor production so that customer orders are realised efficiently, on time and with optimal use of available capacities and materials.

Your tasks:

• You plan, control and prioritise production and manufacturing orders and ensure smooth order processing

• As the central interface, you coordinate schedules and capacities together with various departments such as engineering, purchasing, production, logistics and assembly

• You identify bottlenecks early and coordinate solutions in case of schedule changes or production disruptions

• With your eye for optimisation potential, you actively drive continuous improvements (CIP)

• Together with controlling, you analyse and interpret relevant KPIs for sustainable process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible interface role, you bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• You have a technical basic education (EFZ) with appropriate further training, e.g. as a process specialist, production specialist or technical clerk

• You bring experience from an industrial production environment - for example in production planning, production technology or materials management

• Your strength lies in organising, coordinating and communicating across various interfaces

• You work in a structured, independent manner and find pragmatic solutions even in complex challenges

• In a dynamic environment, you keep priorities in view and convince with your resilience

• You use MS Office and SAP MM/PP confidently and efficiently in everyday work

• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
