The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience in a comparable position or in guest service, winter sports or hospitality is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for winter sports as well as very good knowledge of the ski area
• Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired
• Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
• Team player, responsible and flexible
• Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
• Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanour
• Driving licence category B mandatory

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Professional care of our guests around the topic of skiing and winter sports
• Organisation and supervision of the ski-in & ski-out service
• Transport and provision of ski, snowboard and winter equipment
• Coordination and collaboration with our in-house sports shop Gisler Sport as well as external ski rentals
• Support in organising ski school reservations, ski passes and other winter activities
• Assisting our guests with putting on and taking off ski equipment
• Daily quality control of the ski depots as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
• Support with luggage service as well as guest arrivals and departures
• Friendly and competent advice on pistes, weather, cable cars and regional winter activities
• Close cooperation with concierge, front office, guest relations and chauffeur service
• Ensuring smooth operation throughout the entire ski service area
