About the job
What you can achieve
- Support the customer management team in servicing our pharmacy customers (by phone/writing) in French and German
- You manage our order and administration software, which our pharmacy customers use daily
- Live our high quality standards together with quality management in handling error reports; all in the interest of patient safety
- You support the team in planning and implementing the demanding
- Holiday planning (You will be surprised how many small and large holidays we have in Switzerland)
What you bring with you
- Training as a pharmaceutical assistant (pharmacy specialist EFZ), druggist EFZ or experience in the pharmaceutical/health sector
- German at native or very good level (B2+), French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of Office 365; you are technically and digitally very savvy
- Enjoy customer contact (customer service) and communication
- High willingness to learn, commitment and openness to new topics
- Team-oriented, helpful working style as well as reliability and diligence
