Your Tasks
- Independent management and comprehensive handling of construction projects up to turnkey handover
- Accompanying the entire planning team in coordination with project development
- Support in the calculation and billing of construction projects to ensure profitability
- Tendering, awarding, coordinating, and billing subcontractor services
- Care for all persons involved in the project (clients, authorities, neighbors, etc.)
- Ensuring project controlling and managing opportunities, risks, and contracts as well as legal support
Your Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience as a project/construction manager, construction technician, or site foreman
- Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law
- Ideally experience with iTWO
- Willingness to take on responsibility as well as an independent and committed working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office
