- Recording, evaluation and planning of technical systems in the CAFM system
- Creation of maintenance plans
- Participation in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support during system acceptance
- Training and instruction of employees in the technical area
- Conducting audits in the building technology sector
- Support in the calculation of maintenance for building technology systems
- Completed training in the technical field
- Experience in project management as well as in leading (partial) projects
- Professional experience in the facility services sector is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Solution-oriented, structured working style as well as strong communication skills
