To strengthen our team in the Bakery & Pastry sector, we are looking from 01.04.2026, for a fixed term until 30.06.2026, at the Geneva site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Supermarket Employee, 50%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing breads, pizzas, and sandwiches.
- You conduct sales interviews and advise our demanding customers with competence and kindness.
- You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and clean.
- You effectively implement product concepts and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season, etc.).
- You organize sales areas in a smart and attractive way.
- You set seasonal priorities and present products accordingly.
- You systematically comply with prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed basic training as a baker/baker CFC.
- You already have professional experience as a baker or in catering.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who works with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your team spirit and neat appearance.
- You place great importance on work being done cleanly and carefully.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
