What is my role?

Our client requires a committed individual to take overall responsibility for technically demanding event projects - from the initial idea to successful implementation.

• Full project responsibility: preparing offers, planning, execution and follow-up of events with high technical complexity (lighting, audio, video, rigging)

• Development of individual technical concepts in close coordination with clients and internal departments

• Coordination and leadership of internal and external project teams

• Responsibility for budget, scheduling and quality assurance

• Comprehensive customer support throughout the entire project process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training or several years of professional experience in the event sector with sound technical understanding

• Extensive expertise in lighting, audio, video, rigging and event infrastructure

• Strong skills in project management and organisation

• Business understanding with an eye for costs, efficiency and resource utilisation

• High degree of personal responsibility, decisiveness as well as resilience and solution-oriented working style

• Proficient use of common tools (Microsoft 365, ERP systems, ideally CAD knowledge)

• Driving licence category B

• Fluent German in spoken and written form (additional language skills are an advantage)
