About the job
The "Legal & Compliance" department consists of ten employees. They ensure legal advice, monitor compliance with legal and internal requirements, and minimize legal as well as regulatory risks.
This is what you do
- Ensuring and further developing compliance in various subject areas
- Advising internal stakeholders on diverse compliance issues
- Designing, organizing, and conducting internal training in the area of compliance
- Advising on AI applications, especially regarding legal and ethical requirements
- Legal advice in various fields with a focus on data protection and contract law
This is what you bring
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in law at a Swiss university, bar admission is an advantage
- Strong interest in corporate compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Strong IT affinity and interest in technological developments
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
- Committed, team-oriented, and at the same time independent working style
