How you’ll make an impact

Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment to ensure high availability

Troubleshoot and repair complex systems in collaboration with OEM partners

Plan and support preventive maintenance activities to improve tool performance

Manage spare parts and contribute to equipment upgrades and process improvements

Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to support production goals

Create and maintain technical documentation and support data tracking in MES systems

Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment
Your background

Technical vocational training in automation, electronics, or a related field (EFZ or equivalent)

2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance in semiconductor or similar industries

Strong technical knowledge in plasma tools (e.g. AMAT, LAM systems)

Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and within shift operations

Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
