In order to complete its team, the nursing management is looking for a
Nurse at 100% fixed-term contract for 4 months in the geriatrics and geriatric rehabilitation department of HFR Tafers
Your mission:
- Welcome and support patients according to current professional standards and the organization of the service
- Provide quality technical and rehabilitation care
- Participate in the implementation of the therapeutic project with the patient, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Actively participate in the smooth functioning of the service by proposing improvement measures
- Supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
Your profile:
- Nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
- Experience in geriatrics and hospital care, an asset
- Proficiency in French and/or German
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
