Additionally, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• Implementing the care process and close collaboration with the case managers
• Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
• Accompanying and guiding trainees during their training process
• Electronic documentation of services and observations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

What you bring

• Completed EFZ training as a Health Professional (FaGe)
• Enjoyment in caring for and supporting our clients as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration
• Good oral and written German skills
• Optionally own car (mileage allowance by Spitex) or driving licence category B alternatively e-bikes are available
