Your tasks
- You manage and optimise the idea management and continuous improvement process of AEW and establish a transparent evaluation and feedback procedure
- You analyse processes, systems, media discontinuities as well as possible risks and, together with the specialist departments, derive practical optimisation options as well as automation and digitalisation potentials
- You accompany the implementation of process improvements from the idea to productive operation and contribute to translating technical requirements into digital solutions in collaboration with IT application managers and external partners
- You anchor and promote the company’s idea and improvement culture through target group-oriented communication, multiplier training and examination of suitable incentive mechanisms
- You ensure regular CIP reporting and are responsible for the CIP and idea management system as well as its needs-based further development
Your profile
- Completed commercial, technical or IT-related basic training (EFZ) with further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification in business informatics, business administration, process management or a related field
- Experience in CIP, process analysis/optimisation, digitalisation of business processes as well as confident handling of modelling and collaboration tools
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, IT affinity and a basic understanding of requirements management, project work and agile approaches
- Communicative personality who approaches different stakeholders openly and appropriately and mediates between technical and specialist perspectives
