The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interface, for an efficient and effective customer experience.
In the "Client Channels" area, you take on a central role within the concept department for digital customer interfaces. Together with our dedicated experts and in close cooperation with the eChannel security specialist unit, you drive the strategic development and professional conception of security topics in our digital channels. In doing so, you ensure that security requirements and user-friendliness are optimally combined to create a future-proof and trustworthy customer experience.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the conception and further development of security topics for our Digital Channels
- Developing concepts and strategies for security topics in digital channels such as eBanking and Mobile Banking
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal specialist units to integrate security requirements into digital solutions
- Analyzing and optimizing existing security processes in digital channels to minimize risks and ensure user-friendliness
- Supporting the implementation of regulatory and internal security requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring technological developments and security threats to develop innovative and future-proof solutions
Your profile
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in a relevant field such as business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in the field of digital channels and security, ideally in the conception and implementation of security solutions in eBanking, Mobile Banking, or similar applications
- Experience in project management, ideally in an agile environment
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, especially with security specialist units and IT departments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., data protection, PSD3; NIST, OWASP) and their application in security concepts
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Technical understanding of IT security architectures and digital processes, without delving deeply into technical implementation
- Strategic thinking and implementation strength
- Strong communication skills in German
