For our successful team in Zurich Oerlikon, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks:
- Conducting daily inspections of all premises, storage areas, and coffee machines as well as their cleanliness
- Checking locking systems, light fixtures, doors, and sanitary facilities for proper function
- Carrying out tasks on the tenant's premises, orders from the customer, and completing small tasks in maintenance cleaning
- Obtaining quotes
- Coordinating and accompanying suppliers
- Receiving deliveries
Your profile:
- Completed basic training EFZ in a craft-related field (e.g., specialist in operational maintenance, building cleaner, etc.) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German language skills (native level)
- Good English language skills in spoken form
- Independent, committed, and reliable work
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
