What is my role?

You lead a motivated HR team and ensure the smooth running of all personnel-related processes

• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and promote the development of your employees

• You manage and optimise HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, personnel development and employee support

• You are the contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related issues

• You further develop HR strategies and concepts and implement them together with your team

• You are responsible for compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines

• You work closely with management and contribute your expertise to strategic decisions

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources

• You bring several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally already in a leadership position

• You have sound knowledge in the areas of recruitment, labour law, social security and HR processes

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You communicate confidently at all levels and enjoy developing people

• You are proficient in using HR software (ideally Abacus) and MS Office

• Fluent German is required, French skills would be an additional advantage
