Care Assistant in Night Shift 50%
Interested in an exciting position starting November 1, 2025, at Wiesenhaus?
At Wiesenhaus, we offer eight places for people with specially intensive care needs. As a care assistant in the night shift, you will take care of the co-care, safety, and well-being of these eight residents during the dark hours. With your calm demeanor, you can handle challenging behavior well while meeting the demanding needs. The night shifts at Wiesenhaus are always managed in pairs, so you can always rely on another team member.
With your open, uncomplicated, and empathetic nature and your life experience, you easily engage with the residents and build trust. Ideally, you hold an SRK certificate as a care assistant and are already familiar with aggression and de-escalation management. You can communicate calmly and clearly, thus managing the intensive care situations.
Independence, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good German language skills are a big plus. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor, lives our values, and shares and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and liveliness at Schlogari.
