- Perform daily and periodic maintenance on various facilities.
- Handle snow removal and lawn mowing tasks as needed.
- Conduct cleaning in all municipal parking structures and facilities.
Skills
- Completed vocational training with technical skills required.
- Ability to work independently and perform minor repairs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.

In this role, you will be deployed in the areas of parking, camping, and civil protection facility.
Your tasks:
- daily and periodic maintenance work on the various facilities
- snow removal/lawn mowing
- cleaning work in all three municipal parking garages, including sanitary facilities, as well as occasionally in the civil protection facility
- independent execution of minor repair work
- advising and offering services in the ticketing area
- independent programming of parking tickets
- issuing fines
- telephone communication with parking and camping guests
- guest care and control at Camping Arosa
Your profile:
- completed vocational training
- manual skills and technical understanding
- precise and reliable working method
- flexible and resilient
- neat and friendly appearance
- driver's license category B
- IT skills
- willingness to work weekends and on-call duty (including Sat/Sun)
