Python Full Stack Engineer (LLM Platform) - Basel - Temporary (6 months)
We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Engineer for our client in Basel, with strong expertise in developing cloud-native applications focused on Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a 6-month temporary contract, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Further development and maintenance of an existing LLM-powered document generation platform
• Building frontend components using Streamlit and backend services with Flask
• Integrating and connecting LLMs via APIs
• Processing and indexing data, including integration of vector databases
• Ensuring the scalability, security, and stability of the application in a cloud-native environment
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and containerization processes

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience in Python, covering both frontend (Streamlit) and backend (Flask)
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and their integration
• Experience with ETL pipelines and vector search technologies
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker), orchestration using Kubernetes, and deployment with ArgoCD
• Proven track record in cloud-native application development
• Independent, well-structured working style and excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge in English; German is a nice to have
