This is what you can expect
- Conceptualization, implementation, and success control of ATL & BTL campaigns according to brand strategy and marketing plan
- Management of internal and external partners (including agencies) as well as coordination of all project steps
- Development, briefing, approval, and distribution of advertising materials – increasingly also AI-based
- Responsibility for budget allocation, invoice approvals, and performance measurement using defined KPIs
- Participation in media planning, selection of suitable ATL/BTL measures, and creative implementation
- Ongoing development of campaigns, processes, and resource use based on learnings and insights
This is what you bring
- Completed training or further education as a business economist with a focus on marketing (University/FH or HF) or a professional certificate in marketing/advertising
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the field of advertising/campaigning
- Experience in the B2B environment as well as in target group-oriented communication across various channels
- Success in the conceptualization and implementation of broad-based image and cross-channel campaigns
- High affinity for digital trends and channels, especially in the area of social media and paid advertising
- Experience in agile working as well as in efficient planning of time, resources, and budgets
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Confident appearance and persuasive power in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
