As a Data Manager - Business Process Manager, you are a central sparring partner for our client and drive strategic and operational development forward. You combine deep process and business understanding with analytical sharpness and help us make well-founded decisions, optimise processes, and sustainably increase value creation.

Your main tasks
- Supporting the management of our client in forming opinions and making decisions with reliable data and analyses
- Advising and supporting the executive management in strategic and operational planning
- Co-designing optimal business processes and organisational structures
- Conducting and evaluating cost-effectiveness calculations (economic, ecological, social)
- Advising on existing and new projects with a holistic perspective
- Coordinating and aligning different interests with corporate objectives
- Implementing business strategies to optimise internal processes
- Close collaboration and coordination with ICT architecture roles
- Applying process architecture frameworks (e.g. BPMN) considering regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering sciences or comparable
- Deep understanding of business processes, organisational design and business administration
- Solid experience with process modelling (BPMN) and enterprise architecture frameworks (ideally TOGAF or ArchiMate)
- Strong analytical skills, pronounced negotiation skills and high persuasiveness
- Experience in budgeting, accounting and management with KPIs
- High initiative, dynamism and consistent result orientation
- Very good German and English skills
