Your Tasks
- Key worker duties
- Accompanying and supporting young patients in the inpatient context
- Leading various group activities
- Developing and implementing social pedagogical approaches
- Interprofessional collaboration within the core and treatment team
- Cooperation with relatives and involved specialist agencies
Your Profile
- Degree in Social Pedagogy
- Preferably experience and/or training focus with adolescents/young adults in a clinical setting
- Professional experience in psychiatry or social psychiatry is an advantage
- Service-oriented attitude with high reliability and committed work ethic
- High empathy, social skills, and resilience
