Your Tasks
- You professionally support our residents with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing as well as eating and drinking
- You accompany them in everyday life and ensure great quality of life with small gestures
- You take on domestic and organisational tasks and ensure a safe and pleasant environment
- You work closely with our nursing and care team and contribute your ideas and personality
- You give time, attention and a listening ear – because often these moments are the most valuable
Your Profile
- A completed training as AGS or an equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and a respectful approach
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Motivation to pitch in and actively shape everyday life
- Humour, warmth and the ability to keep an overview even in lively moments
