Legal Officer
Social Welfare Office | 40% | Chur
The legal service of the cantonal Social Welfare Office of Graubünden performs legislative, law enforcement, legal supervision and legal care tasks. It supports and advises the office management and its specialist departments, the social services and other externally interested parties. It is responsible for tasks in the areas of social assistance law, international adoptions and victim support.
We are looking for a legal officer for the legal service from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
- You support and advise the social services and municipalities on social assistance law issues.
- You advise and clarify legal questions arising in connection with the management of the cantonal Social Welfare Office.
- You manage the liaison office of the Intercantonal Agreement for Social Institutions (IVSE).
- You have a university degree in law.
- You are interested in diverse and exciting tasks in the field of social assistance law.
- You work independently, responsibly and constructively.
- You are resilient, a team player and able to grasp complex issues.
- You have good verbal skills, preferably in two official languages.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and good IT knowledge are desired.
- You can operate in a challenging environment and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration.
