Your tasks
- Developing and implementing holistic strategic principles for spaces
- Leading projects in accordance with our guidelines and involving various internal and external stakeholders, while keeping an overview of the big picture
- Contributing to process optimization
- Executing projects within the given timeframe considering operational needs
- Developing and implementing concepts involving various stakeholders with the goal of making confident and well-founded decisions
Your profile
- University of applied sciences degree in facility management / architecture or construction draughtsman
- Ideally several years of experience in the role of project manager (at least 3-5 years)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable field
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- You have good spatial imagination and can easily read and understand floor plans
- High flexibility, strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and a confident and professional appearance
- You work independently, solution-oriented, precisely, and efficiently
- You are enthusiastic and bring entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong service and consulting orientation
- You are willing to constantly learn new things and develop new approaches
- You see yourself as a team player and actively contribute your know-how
