For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person at the Nänikon/Greifensee site, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO, as Production Support 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You provide first-level support for malfunctions and irregularities in the assembly areas, collaborating as needed with the interfaces Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, and R&D. You process and resolve quality issues (QN) in SAP. You lead and coordinate trials within the framework of Engineering Change Management. Your duties include the regular inspection of assigned operating and testing equipment (e.g., torque screwdrivers, multimeters). You are responsible for ensuring the ESD control program in the assembly area (inspection of protective products, first-level support, assistance with audits). You evaluate repairs and integrate the results into existing processes. You ensure that products are assembled in compliance with production guidelines, work instructions, quality aspects, and occupational safety aspects.
