Your Tasks
- In everyday life, you take on the professional and individual care and support of the residents
- You actively support the professionals in implementing the care process
- You adhere to hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
- You carry out the care documentation completely and independently
What You Bring
- Completed training as a caregiver SRK or care assistant with professional experience
- Empathy and sensitivity for our residents and their needs, even in challenging situations
- Good oral and written German skills
- Experience in the RAI NH and RAI HC system is an advantage
