YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Independent execution of minor repair work on buildings, technical systems, and equipment
  • Maintenance and upkeep of operational infrastructure and outdoor facilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining green spaces, paths, and squares
  • Coordination and supervision of the external cleaning service at the Bussnang location
  • Assistance with winter services (e.g., snow removal, spreading materials)
  • Performing custodial duties and responsibility for parking management

    • YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Completed vocational training as a caretaker, maintenance specialist, or in the mechanical/craft sector
  • Relevant professional experience in the technical maintenance of buildings and systems
  • Basic knowledge in sanitary, electrical, and HVAC as well as handling locking systems
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Driver's license category B (trailer test is an advantage)
  • Good IT skills (MS Office) and strong team ability
  • Residence in the region is an advantage
