WHAT YOU DO
As a Visual Merchandiser, you implement visual and commercial concepts in the store, present our fashion inspiringly, and analyse sales figures to improve the shopping experience. In doing so, you develop creative solutions according to H&M guidelines and support revenue growth.
You:
- implement the visual and commercial presentations as well as shop windows and styling according to the store guidelines, for an inspiring customer experience.
- ensure good merchandise care and maintain appropriate stock levels in the store.
- analyse sales reports (KPIs) together with store management, prioritise visual opportunities, and implement measures to increase sales and store targets.
- keep yourself updated on the fashion scene, trends, styles, and products.
- have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2).
