About the job

Overview of Tasks

You are responsible for the IT of our locations in Winterthur, Henggart, Oberglatt, Brienz, Oerlikon as well as other associated external locations.
You design and implement solutions within the framework of the IT strategy.
You lead a small IT team technically and are the central IT contact for the companies.
You ensure IT operations and IT support according to the requirements of the business units.
You monitor IT security and promote a modern cybersecurity culture.
In coordination with IT management, you implement local IT projects from planning to completion.
You manage the cloud infrastructure based on Azure / Microsoft 365 in close coordination with central IT.
One hundred percent hands-on in service support and service delivery.
You report to the IT manager of the corporate group and maintain close contact with the IT managers of other business units as well as central IT.

Profile

Solid education in computer science / business informatics or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
Practical experience in Microsoft client-server administration (AD, SQL, Exchange, Terminal Server), virtualization, security, networking, storage as well as backup and recovery.
Experience in cloud computing with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Autopilot, Modern Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage.
Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility.
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills, team player.
Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
Enjoyment of operational IT work as well as solving technical challenges.
