Service Technician Car Wash Systems 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a service technician for car wash systems in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You install and commission vehicle wash systems (cars, trucks, buses, trams and trains) and train users directly on site at the customer. You provide technical support, carry out independent fault analyses and take care of customer-specific parameterisation as well as integration of third-party systems. You support your colleagues with complex control issues and prepare cost estimates for repairs. Your duties also include repair and maintenance work in your area of operation as well as creating electronic work reports and deployment reports. You advise customers on service offerings and work closely with the internal service and sales consultants.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed vocational training as an electrician or electromechanical technician and have sound knowledge of control and electrical engineering. You possess excellent analytical thinking skills to solve control problems and are mechanically skilled – you also enjoy solving mechanical problems. You hold a category B driving licence (trailer licence B/E is an advantage). You are characterised by a high level of customer orientation as well as a reliable and independent way of working. Flexibility, resilience and the ability to work in a team are natural to you. You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written (English and French skills are an advantage). You enjoy working in the field and drive directly from your place of residence to customers in Switzerland. Your place of residence is within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
