head of nursing / registered nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you lead, promote and motivate your team both professionally and expertly and actively shape the nursing process
• together with the interdisciplinary team, you develop optimal solutions according to the rehabilitation goal
• furthermore, you ensure professional orthopaedic and geriatric patient care
• leading and reporting nursing discussions is also part of your daily work
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a certified registered nurse HF / FH
• professional experience in rehabilitation nursing as well as initial leadership experience are advantageous but not mandatory
• you are willing to work up to 80% in direct care (including one weekend per month)
• do you describe yourself as well organised, communicative and proactive?
