About the job
Our Limmattal rehabilitation clinic offers specialized musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation including monitored rehabilitation as well as accident rehabilitation at a high medical level. Our interdisciplinary team ensures through targeted diagnostics and individually tailored therapy programs that our patients are optimally cared for on their way back to better health and quality of life. Through close cooperation with Limmattal Hospital and direct connection to the medical emergency department, timely acute somatic treatment is always ensured even in case of emergency complications.
Your Tasks
- Medical Care: Medical care of patients at the Limmattal location from Friday evening to Sunday evening and on public holidays -> i.e. the doctor is on site and prescribes medication (reserve medication, fixed medication), organizes emergency transfers, important laboratory orders on weekends and public holidays -> laboratory results must be checked and changes implemented if necessary
- Documentation: Handover to the medical service by email after the shift ends on Sunday evening
- Admissions: Admission and clinical examinations of admissions (if admissions are planned and scheduled on weekends and public holidays)
- Availability: The on-site physician must be reachable by phone during the shift (from Friday evening to Sunday evening and on public holidays) at the number: 044 733 2915 (by nursing staff, other hospitals, if necessary background service from ZURZACH Care, emergency Limmattal Hospital)
Your Profile
- Qualifications: Completed medical studies with MEBEKO recognition, preferably in advanced or completed training in neurology. However, colleagues from other specialties with suitable experience are also invited to participate in our on-site physician service
- Personality: You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, convince through responsibility and high-quality work, and have good communication skills
