Tasks
- Übernahme der Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohnenden.
- Unterstützung diplomierter Pflegefachpersonen in komplexen Situationen.
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ.
- Gute Fach- und Methodenkompetenz in der Pflege.
- Sehr gute Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache und Schrift.

About the job
The Foundation Living in Old Age, based in Hinwil, offers accommodation for 90 people in need of care and elderly individuals. In four departments, spread over two houses, as well as 29 retirement apartments partly with services, we are committed every day anew, always with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.
For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for an engaged and ambitious person by arrangement as:

who gladly takes responsibility and wants to actively contribute (also possible on a temporary basis).
Your field of activity
- Assumption of basic and treatment care as well as care of the residents according to their will and biographies
- Support of the qualified nursing staff in complex care situations
- Assumption of house responsibility
- Professional support and guidance of employees and trainees
- Implementation of the care process as well as documentation of care using Care Coach
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Good professional and methodological competence
- Professional experience in long-term care and acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability, good perception and observation skills
- Rai knowledge desired
- Very good communication in German language and writing
